When I think of NEDOU's teachings, I'm reminded of a famous line from One Piece: "When do you think people die? When they are forgotten."

It's a beautiful idea.

In NEDOU, we believe that even after a person dies, they continue to live on through the kindness they showed and the impact they had on others.

For example, the kindness you offer someone today may be the result of the love and care your parents once gave you. Their influence flows through you. In that sense, they are still alive within your actions.

Death is sad, of course. But rather than thinking, "I can no longer see them," NEDOU teaches us to believe that they live on in our hearts and in the way we think and act.

To follow the Way is to understand that what we receive, we pass on. And in that quiet continuation, no one truly disappears.

But what does this have to do with sleep?

Everything.

The Way of Continuity isn't just philosophy.
It's practice. It's ritual. It's something you do every single night.

And that's where most people get lost.
